With the price of gasoline, whose closer? For my area, all three are within a block or so of each other. So for me I would buy Walmart.

I can't answer how it was stored but I thought I would give WM home delivery a try. I may be wrong but I would guess the storage for what was delivered is the same as what I would have purchased from the store off the shelf prior to it being loaded on the shelf. Except, the half dozen times I have looked in the store, their shelves were bare. Ordered Friday (two days ago) and delivered yesterday with a date of 153. They charged me $4.63/gal (plus tax) and no delivery charge unless your order is less than $35 then it is a flat $5.99 per order (I believe). I went ahead and ordered enough to exceed $35. Prior to this, I had been buying it at the local grocery store (HEB down here) for a slightly higher price ($4.96 I think) for 7.5% and only 121 ounces.

Wanna see some maths ?

HD = $0.90 per fc
Pap= $0.94 per fc
Wm= $1.20 per fc.

Pentair IC40 (2X rated for you) $1509 today

Self install = $0.43 per fc
Pro install (generous + $500) = $0.57 per fc

^^^^ all the above for 20k gallon OP pool / location/ current prices. No taxes added as it's a wash paying over and over on jugs or one time on a SWG.

You will literally save enough that the 2nd unit is free, along with some of the 3rd unit because you won't need the $500 controller those times. (Or pay for the install).

Going out back to 'get more chlorine' instead of the store is priceless. It simply cannot be overstated. It took my man @PoolStored 3 whole days to say he'd fill in his pool if he ever had to lug a jug again after switching. It brought a tear to my eye to see him leave the nest. :ROFLMAO:

I’ve got a Jandy system though….still try to go the Pentair route vs. aquapure 1400?
I was only using Pentair as my familiarity to make the point. Jandy would be your best bet because it works with your automation. It appears to be considerably cheaper at the moment for an even better advantage over liquid chlorine.
