Stamped. It's an Ashlar pattern. Not sure on the pattern name- I guess the stamps are proprietary? It's Ashlar minus one square so it can be generally produced according to my concrete guy.

Thanks! I'm glad to know that because it really helps to see it on a large scale. We went to the concrete stamp place in town and they had a small section outside, maybe 10 x10, stamped with it (along with a bunch of other 10x10 squares of other patterns), but it still didn't seem big enough to "know" it would look good. Yours looks great so I am happy we're headed the same direction.
