My T-3 pool cover won't open

I received pins. But that's not the problem. I'm attaching this pin photo and also the video showing how the clutch is engaged and all rods are rotating. But the cover drum is not rotating unless I help by hands.

Hi did you ever find a solution to the cover drum not rotating? I watched your video and have exactly the same issue. Would be keen to know what the fix was? Thanks
