My SWG fell below 75% in accuracy, how much above 3600PPM can I go without any risk of harming the pool?

There is no way to upload the software into an AquaLogic board that I could find. Many have tried, all have failed.

As for upping the voltage, not a good idea unless you want components to fail. Spoofing the sensor is much safer and cheaper.

Wouldn't the current be a more significant factor than voltage?

As long as the current is below 7 amps, it seems like it would not incur a lot of risk.

Note to everyone.

No system modifications are recommended or suggested.

Anything you do is at your own choice and your own risk based on your own evaluation of the options.

Discussions are just theoretical for research and educational purposes.

Any system modifications can void any warranty and they can make the unit unsafe.

Depends on the components and the voltage ratings. Current would be ok as long it is kept below 8 amps.

But I would not be willing to try when there are easier safer methods.

Plus the unit would likely alarm because of the voltage sensors.
