My led readout is unreadable - rheem branded heater model P-M336A-EN-C

When I power on the led is just all black pixels. It is a rheem branded heater model P-M336A-EN-C.
This is the parts diagram Pool Supply Unlimited | Raypak Digital Natural Gas Pool Heater 336k BTU | Electronic Ignition | P-R336A-EN-C 009218 P-M336A-EN-C 009964 Parts.
Looks to me like it is 11m on the diagram. Raypak Control Bezel with Switch Decal | IID Units From 5-11 | 013491F
My question is does the led come with 11m? Also, is the circuit board included with 11m? Thanks.

Part 7-C p/n 013640F for units from 5/2011

Part # 013640Fis the LCD Display. It is a small ic board with the lcd on board. Pulled the old one off, gently pressed the new one on. Surprise- it worked!
