But, OK, if you twist my arm... I can't imagine that trying to fix a 27-year-old pool, that has just demonstrated it's at end-of-life, would be money/effort well spent. Wouldn't you just be setting yourself up for it to fail again, soon? Kim?
Regarding the policy, only a call to your insurance company can answer that. Don't hold your breath, but I suppose it's possible. If denied, be sure you have them reference the
specific wording in your policy papers that justifies the denial. Some insurance companies train there first tier call handlers to encourage you to go away, hoping you won't be savvy enough to challenge their initial response. Ka-ching, payout avoided! Make them
prove there is no coverage before you take no for an answer.
