mx6 cleaner not moving

my 2 month old cleaner now doesn't move. It will move for a minute maybe, then stops. when holding the cleaner and spinning the fins on the bottom, the wheels start to move but not smoothly. There is nothing inside blocking.
it is plugged into a dedicated cleaner outlet, with plenty of suckage.

Does anyone now how I can fix or get it repaired. maybe even under warranty. I bought it at the end of october.

I would go back to where you bought it, MX6 has a 1 year warranty.

thanks, but I got it on amazon, and the seller is difficult to determine. i'll keep trying

The manufacturer warranties the item. Or, just return to Amazon as defective.
