HELP ! I have. STOCK TANK POOL - it only hold approx 900 gallons it’s poly not metal and is 10’ diameter

Every year: mustard algae
I’ve tried everything and draining and refilling is not an option for many reasons
Even if I did it still comes back. I drain pool annually flip over and scrub the heck out of it ! I’ve disinfected this tank so much you could have eaten off it ! The mustard algae always shows up. I’ve read it’s environmental and I live in a moist humid climate in south texas and am surrounded by brush and mesquite trees. I’ve tried yellow out and yellow gone and a handful of other products to no avail. Help.
