Motor humming won’t start

My pump is humming but won’t start. When I remove the cap off the back of the motor there is no way to get to the shaft to try to break it free. The is a spring assembly there that kicks in when the switch is flipped to on. I see no way to remove this and wonder what is another way to get to the shaft?

When you reinstall the capacitor, make sure that the wires are tucked inside the stands.

If the wires are left outside of the stands, the centrifugal switch weights can catch the wires and rip them out.
