More boatmen and/or backswimmers

I apologize for the quality of this picture. Can anyone tell if this is a boatman or a backswimmer? I caught and squished this one this morning. There's still another one in the pool. My test results for CC are .5 so I'm not sure what they would be eating. Would you recommend I SLAM just to be sure?

No need to SLAM, but you might increase the FC a little. We get them 2-3 times a year. Just a seasonal pain to deal with.
