Maytronics Dolphin z5 won't move

Hi all,

My Dolphin is powering on but the robot doesn't move in the water. I just bought a new power supply in 2019 and it hasn't been damaged, so I'm wondering if it could be the blue swivel cord or the robot itself.

It appears I have to package up the unit and send it off for repairs since I bought it on the internet. Are there any other options? There are some certified Maytronics repair places around here but their listings (on the Maytronics site) state they will only repair units purchased at their stores. Have you had a different experience?
