MaxxStrip (Kieserite) Tile Cleaning

I had my tiles blasted with MaxxStrip PF2 and wanted to share my experience.

Here are the "before" pictures showing extensive calcium scale and other accumulated junk from my pre-TFP days:











Here is the product. (PF2 is less aggressive, PT2 is more aggressive.)





Here are pictures after the blasting was complete:







I was very pleased with the results. It wasn't perfect, but it was a massive improvement.

It seams its around 80% Magnesium Sulphate. Even if its soluble in water, it might hurt your heater and IC.
Maybe other can comment.

No, I hired a tile cleaner to do the work. I don't have the proper equipment.

Tile looks much better, water looks cloudy. Did this persist?

No, it clears up fast. Most of the debris settled to the bottom and was vacuumed to waste. The rest cleared up in a couple hours.
