Hello,
I have a newish Max E Therm SR400LP heater that has been used once. The next time I tried to use it, it won't turn on. This is what happens:
Control Panel turns on heater (panel lights up) . Blower does not come on.
Immediately get an AFS error message. I jumped the AFS wires with a paperclip.
AFS error message goes away
I can hear clicks at the gas fixture (one at a time, spaced out, 3 total)
Next I get an IGN error and the unit turns off
Seems like the AFS would be downstream from the blower. Any way to test the blower motor or backtrack to why it doesn't turn on?
It is set up for 240v.
I flip over the control panel and underneath LED0 (or it says LED8-I can't see it clearly) is blinking. Can't find anything online for that.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue?
