Matts Around Your HT

We have placed some rugs on the deck where we step out of the HT. One reason is our plastic steps slide all over the place without something under them. But when it rains,
the 5X8 rugs get water logged. Then we carry them and hang them over the deck rails to dry out. Otherwise, they stay soaking wet. I can't afford those heated matts. The
expense of the HT has been quite enough. What do yall use? The decking is TREX.

I use one like this on my patio

It’s plastic. It dries pretty quickly as the water drains through the weave.
My steps don’t seem to move too much so they aren’t on it. (They got water in them somehow so they are kinda heavy)
I got the last one on clearance for like $12. Its a good off season purchase! My first one lasted at least 4 years.
The furniture & hot tub keep it in place so I don’t need to stake it down.
