My Pentair Mastertemp 400 stopped working. The AGS lamp is on, so I replaced it. Still does not work and the AGS lamp is still on. I cleaned the filters and tried again, the AGS light is still on. Anyone have any further ideas?

I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
Take the wires off of the AGS sensor and connect them together to see if the AGS error goes away.
If not, the circuit board is bad.
If yes, the AGS sensor is bad.
Do not run the heater with the AGS bypassed.
This is only a test.
Only do what you feel comfortable doing safely.
Do at your own risk.
