Master temp 400 gas heater

I have a master temp 400 and tried to open pool and when I tried to heat hot tub heater turns on set temp to 99 but took over 3 hr to only raise few degrees (75) no error codes just not giving out hot water check the exhaust temp by holding down spa button for 10 sec and read rather high from what I googled but never shut off just not heating up. PLEASE HELP
