master temp 400 gas heater won't ignite using the remote or app

my problem is my master temp 400 heater won't ignite when i use my remote or my phone app. after i start the spa and realize the
heater has not ignited i can manually start it by going to the control panel on the heat and pushing spa on. i restarted my router and shut my phone off
and no difference. has anyone had this situation? thanks for any and all help

What type of automation panel does your remote or phone connect to that controls the heater?
