Making a better pool frame

I have 18 around 4' tall intex had the same problem everyone else that has this type of pool, it's all rushed it out !! This is the 3rd or 4th one I've had and and I was wondering if anybody knows if schedule 40 or schedule 80 pVC would be strong enough to make the whole frame out of that
 
That idea has been brought up in the past but quickly shot down for safety reasons.

If u live near the beach you have wet, salty air - no avoiding rust for long with metal objects.
4 yrs is a pretty good run for a temporary pool in that environment.
Have you considered a permanent above ground pool? There are fully resin options now (walls & all) like this one 👇

As part of my weekly chores, I wash my pool down with the hose and clean all of the exposed pieces (generally after I mow on Saturdays). So far been up 3 solid years and no issues.
