Maggets in pool

Hello Everyone.. I just found this website and seen that it has alot of helpful information. I recently found maggets in my pool and i have no hanging trees around, but i do have dogs. Not sure how to get rid of the maggets. Any help would be appreciated...

Hi, and welcome to TFP!

Are you sure they are maggots, and not mosquito larvae? I don't think maggots can live in water... they are fly larvae, and are usually found on rotting flesh or fecal material.
Get your water tested and post your numbers here and we can better assist you!
