Low/No Pressure in Polaris Pump

Hello all,

noticed my polaris vacuum wasn't running. I unchooked the robot from the pump discharge pipe and noticed very low flow.

I took the vacuum pump apart and looked at the impeller. it looked ok. The ceramic seal and the connecting spring looked bad so i ended up replacing all three to be sure. Ran the pump again and didn't seem to change anything. The motor spins fine, as far as I can tell. Before and after replacing the impeller the discharge pipe would fill and expand so i assume theres flow and pressure. Even my neighborhood pool guy is stumped at this point. My next plan is to see if something is somehow stuck in the polaris pump discharge line. I don't know how that could have happened but i really don't know what else the solution could be. Any other thoughts?

Before i replaced the impeller it sounded like there was an air sound in the discharge of the polaris pump by the equipment. That sound seems to be gone. strange. But the robot still doesn't move and theres low pressure at the pool discharge area.

Remove the output hose from the booster pump. Turn on the main pump. Do you get a good water flow from the booster? If not you have a dirty filter or a problem with the main pump. That is a booster pump. It can only work if it gets the proper supply. If the water is good from the booster output with only the main pump on, turn on the booster. Water should shoot up about 10.' If it does, there is a clog, most likely in the hose screen. If you don't have one of those, it is a clogged wall screen inside the wall fitting. If you don't have one of those, it is probably a clogged internal jet that drives the paddle wheel.
