I'm having some low chlorine issues. I recently added stabilizer. I have an autopilot salt chlorinator. Free chlorine was .02 and stabilizer was 10 on July 3rd. After putting 3 lbs of stabilizer and boosting system, July 5th, free chlorine is .14 and stabilizer is 36. Pool is just over 21065 gallons. My salt is 3257ppm. Could my generator be bad? It was first used summer 2020. I opened it up and looks very clean inside. Thanks.

You need a proper test kit. I suggest the TF-100/Pro or Taylor K2006C. A proper test kit is needed to get the accurate water chemistry results needed to follow the TFP protocols.
Once you get your test kit, post up a full set of pool water chemistry test results.
