Loud noise coming from Booster Pump

For the last couple days there has been a loud screeching sound coming from my booster pump. There is also water outside the motor housing. any idea what is causing this and what the solution is. I have no idea how old the pump is as I bought the house this summer. Here are a couple pics for reference.

The screeching is likely bad bearings. The water is likely a bad shaft seal. It's hard to see in the pictures....can you tell exactly where the water is coming from?

The water looks to be coming from the seal. You can see the water through the hole to the right of the motor. Is it possible to replace the bearings and seal?

Definitely. Search the forum, there's lots of info on shaft seal replacement. You can look on youtube for bearing replacement.

What's the best way to find the exact parts I need? Google is only showing the entire motor.

Whats the model number of the pump?

I've decided to replace the entire pump as it is 11 years old. Thanks for your help Smykowski.

You're welcome. If you're at all mechanically inclined, dont pitch the old pump; replace the bearings, and you'll have a spare pump for emergencies.
