Warning to all trouble free pool.com users. If you don’t export your logs and you log out and then you log back in you won’t have any of your pool data. I just lost 2 to 3 years of data, just great. Would’ve been nice if this worked with iCloud, but it doesn’t, just be warned.

Please email [email protected]. It's never over until they've been given a chance to correct it.

In the meantime, we often see folks log in with various accounts from TFP / google/ etc and not logging back in with the previous one causes it all to be 'lost'.

We definitely _never_ delete any data from free or subscriber accounts in the app unless you specifically ask us to via the "Delete Account" request feature in the app.

If your subscription expires, you should still see all of your data, and you can definitely still export your data, the app only prevents additional logs and pools from being created if you do not have a valid subscription.

As mentioned here already, most often when we see this, it's due to logging into the app with different accounts :)
