The Hotspot is really a DIY project in my opinion. Maybe you can find an HVAC guy to help do the heavy lifting. Hotspot is selling you a box of parts and installation instructions. The installation then needs to be tailored to your pool and AC setup.
Hotspot has not created a sales and service dealer organization to install their equipment. They just sell the box of parts. And there is not enough interest in this technology for HVAC companies to invest in training their people on it.
So if you have the DIY chops to take on the project and can find some helpers then go for it.
