Look for spa jet nozzle

Hello Forum,

I am trying to locate a spa jet nozzle. See pics.

- No part numbers on nozzle
- Nozzle is about 4"
- Inside diameter is 7/16 inch
- Installs with 11/16 socket
- Circa 1997
- Installs with 2 lugs- You insert it and rotate 90 degrees ( like an old radiator cap )

Looks a bit like standard waterways 217-3340 but mine are NOT threaded. See pics.

One the nozzles was damaged slightly by pool renovaters. Cracked lug. I am looking to get a replacement or repair what I have by gluing it.

My question, of course, is: anyone recognize these?
My second question: what is the best glue to use to repair. Epoxy ?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
