I also noticed Hayward changed their acid wash procedure. I read you let the mixture sit in the cell with the cord at the bottom and also the other way around. I don’t know which version is the correct one and if it even matter.
i hate email them for any question. My personal experiences with them through emais is that they are not a very trust worthy company. They don’t like diy pool owners and their advices are always to benefit them. And when you ask them a question to confirm something, they will ignore it if it the answer is not in their favor. Sorry, had to vent, lol...
