For fans of liquid conditioner I just bought 2 gallons of liquid CYA on Amazon for $36.90 + $4.99 shipping.

You could have gotten regular cyanuric acid locally for about $25 to provide the same 37 ppm increase.

I buy 8lbs of stabilizer locally for $20. That would raise a 20K pool by 48 ppm.

I’m also a fan of the liquid CYA and just ordered the same as the op. Local PS charges $40 gal and not a fan of sock squeezing, I like the instant gratification the liquid provides

For small adjustments in CYA (10ppm or so), I just use trichlor pucks in a floater. Our fill water has a lot of alkalinity to it, so the pucks balance that out nicely with minimal effect on pH. They dissolve slowly enough that the FC increase is easily managed as well.
