Yesterday my family replaced our 27 foot round pool liner. Now it is not laying against the pool wall on part of one side. We ran the shop vac, but the walls began to buckle so we turned it off. Will the water stretch the liner into place, or should we drain out the few inches of water and hang it again? Thank you for any advice!!

Hang it again. Imagine a clock. Start at 12, 3, 6, 9 and then go 1, 4, 7,10 and then 2, 5, 8 and 11. That'll help keep it even. Make sure you have enough of a cove too.
That's what we thought. We can't do it for the next few days because of heavy rain. This won't affect the stretch of the liner?
The rain? It shouldn't. I'd be concerned about the integrity of the pool wall though. Especially in high wind if you dont have water in the pool.
