Hi everyone. I bought a house with a pool 2 weeks ago and have done nothing to it yet. Luckily, water still looks clear. Ordered a K-2006c which arrives in less than a week. What should I be doing to limp it along until my test kit arrives, so I don't have to play too much catch-up with chemistry regulation?

Add chlorine. As you are in Florida, I would suggest adding 5 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine each day.
Thanks @mknauss . The pool uses an in-line chlorinator. So would it suffice to just make sure there are a couple of pucks in there?

I assume your pool is 11,700 gallons. Your signature says 11,700 sq ft.
A half a gallon of 10% liquid chlorine will add 4.3 ppm FC. That is close enough.
