Hi all. We are putting up a small seasonal bestway pool in our city backyard. It is all pavement, and it is not level. Any idea how I can get the pool level? Thanks!
The only thing I can think of is to build a sandbox that the pool would fit inside and level the sand inside. You can search this forum to see what I mean by sandbox.
Hi, welcome to TFP! You can build a box and fill it with 3" to 4" of crusher. Level the crusher inside the box, and use pavers to support the pool's legs. Crusher forms a more stable foundation than sand.
Hmm that is an idea...what material is a good material to use for constructing the box? Also, do you have a link for crushers? I'm not sure what that is. Thank you!
The box can be made with pressure treated lumber or landscape timbers. The box in the linked thread looks good, but dry sand just doesn't compact down and stay put. You can get crusher, decomposed granite and other crushed rock paving material at places like Lowe's or your local bulk dirtyard.
