Level the pavers or the whole shebang?

Hi TFP. In the process of installing and you all have been so great.
My plan for my 14x42 Summer Waves is pavers under legs and xps wrapped in a tarp (taped 3x of course). If I level my pavers, how perfect does the rest of the base need to be? Obviously no clear slope, but will a couple of low spots be managed by the foam?
 
Definitely the whole area, water is very powerful and if the water is "shifted" against any one part of the frame, extra stress is incurred there.

Fun fun! I'm guessing the orange bucket is a foot rinse? We really like the shallow sterilite tote, it's not tippy and you can keep feet clean from rinse to ladder ;)
 
I would suggest the TF-100 test kit, but at least get the HTH 6-way drops kit from walmart to get you started. Having clean balanced water makes pool ownership truly enjoyable!!
