OK,
I did not see the Polaris when we first tried to open the pool but today it was very lethargic. (see videos below).
I had a multivalve leak and the pool service company changed it today.
I ran the Cleaner and it was barely moving.
Variable Speed Pump was at 2650RPM so I bumped it up to 3110 and it was still lethargic.
I noticed the pressure on the filter was lower than last week when we opened the pool.
Last week at 3110 it was 15psi
Today at 3110 it was 12psi

In the first video at the 1:00 you can see the polaris just stop crawling

I'm assuming your booster pump is plumbed after your filter. From the numbers you're posting, it seems unlikely that it's a filter problem. I wouldn't think that changing the speed on your main pump would make much of a difference, since your cleaner has its own dedicated pump. More likely some debris got into the filter screen, or possibly even into the water system inside the cleaner (this can plug up the jet that drives the wheels). Did you try removing the quick connect from the wall and cleaning the screen?

Yes, booster pump is after DE filter.
It goes Main Pump->Valve/DE Filter->Heat Pump->Chlorinator-> T for Booster Pump -> Jandy valves

I forgot all about that little screen, I pulled that out and it had some stuff in it but was only about 10-20% blocked. I cleaned it off and put it back in and ran the booster and still moving slow.
The dirt bag on the top of the polaris is all brown but barely any dirt in it. I guess I could try running w/o the bag and see if the bag itself is to blame.
The pump seems to have a rattling tinny sound to it. Especially when starting it up. The booster pump I think is orignal to the pool which makes the whole assembly 10 years old.

So I’m friends with the operations manager for the pool company I switched to and he sent 2 guy right over when I mentioned the dirt bag on the Polaris was brown but looked empty. They found DE along the pool bottom and in the bag. He suspects a torn screen and is quoting me to get it replaced. Yet another thing I was already thinking about replacing. They manually cleaned the pool bottom somehow and I came home and the Polaris was running regular. The filter pressure does still seem low though I guess cause of a leak in a screen?

Pool is very clear so I’m not running he pump much till I hear back with a quote on how much and when.
