I just purchased a home with an IG pool. We got it open and I finally got the hang of testing and keeping it in balance.

At opening I had flipped the breaker to turn on the pool lights, one was out. Today I flipped it to check it out today - seems all are out. Any clue why all pool lights would be out? Any troubleshooting I need to do?

LEDs require a step-down transformer. Rule that out as a problem first.

Test voltage at the LOAD of your transformer or your relays depending on how they wired it. Should be 12v or slightly higher to endure loss if runs are longer.

Sorry forgot to mention the same lights light up the attached hot tub. So I see a light in the hot tub does turn on, but the ones in the pool are all off.

Looks like power from the transformer is good. Maybe in the transformer the connections came out?

LED pool lights are not very reliable.

Figure out what brand and model lights you inherited.

Yeah that why was my next step. I’m gonna play around the equipment, maybe there is 2 gfi breakers because I swear all the lights worked a week ago except for 1. Very strange to now have only one light work.
