Hi all. One of my incandescent pool lights went out and i've purchased some LED replacements off of Amazon. I didn't realize until I received it that I may have purchased the wrong bulbs, as they come in 12v and 120v flavors.
From the look of the photos below, is it immediately obvious which I have?
I don't have access to a multimeter at the moment, and don't want to pull the housing out of the water just yet as i'm leaving for a few days and don't want anyone to kick it back into the water before I have my new gaskets. If I have the wrong bulb, it also gives me a chance to purchase the correct ones while I'm gone.
To me, it looks to be 120v as there is a GFCI nearby, which leads me to believe that they're all connected together.
I don't see a transformer anywhere, and would imagine that 120v w/ GFCI is arguably safer than 12v without GFCI.
Thoughts?
