My new pool came with the Jandy RS-4 controller and Aqualink IQ-30.
The Aqualink works great, my only concern is that it completely dependent on working internet. Should my internet go down, the only control is the "Maintenance mode" on the RS-4. It is a bit disappointing that the IQ does not have any sort of web interface directly accessible from the local network.
So the question is what is the most economical way of adding some sort of local control. My equipment is in an equipment shed, so a wired controller would be an option.
