"Leaning" walls on Oval pool

We just had the pool installed last month. We just had the township inspector through, and he said "I'm not a pool installer, but..." when looking at how much the "straight" portion of the oval walls seem to leaning out. Is this normal? Should we worry?

Yes, the water is level all the way around the pool.
