Leaking return header

Just noticed water flowing out of my Raypak RP2100 heater. Looks like the return plastic header is leaking. Is there anything else I need to replace/look for while I've got it opened up.

Just noticed water flowing out of my Raypak RP2100 heater. Looks like the return plastic header is leaking. Is there anything else I need to replace/look for while I've got it opened up.

There is an O ring that seals. When re-attaching the header, start the nuts in the middle and tighten top middle, bottom middle, top left, bottom right, etc. to evenly tighten the header. Take at least two passes.
