I have a Pentair FullFloXF 3 way diverter valve with a Compool actuator on top, which controls the return to the pool and spa. Most of the time, the 3 way valve is open to the pool (at 2550rpms), and very slightly open to the spa return and all is fine. When I turn on the spa (3450rpms), the valve goes full open to the spa return and starts to slowly leak at one of the four connection points for the actuator to the valve, where the connecting screws go. (see attached pic). Would this be caused by bad o-rings, or a bad cover piece, or something else? Trying to figure out what parts to order to make the repair. Thanks.
