I “think” I have a Hayward s224t filter. I am losing water out of the top of the valve. It starts in the valve grooves slowly (rinse, backwash, recirculate, all of them evenly) and then spills out and just continues to leak. I thought about buying the whole assembly, but thought it could just be a handle gasket. System works well otherwise.

You should be able to replace the O rings around the handle stem.
