There are some ideas on the page below. If the water stops dropping, you can pretty-well bet the leak is at that height. If the pool tries to drain all the way to the floor, be very careful as you don't want to jeopardize pool/wall stability. The liner also needs that water to keep it pressed against the wall. If you have a main drain, someone might need to check the hydrostatic valve. But review the link and let us know if that helps.
