Leak in above ground pool liner

Hi! I have a standard round above ground pool. recently I found a few tears in the liner. The pool is three years old and I think the cuts are from the ladder hitting it. The cuts are about an inch long. What do you guys think is the best way to fix these? Thanks!

I am starting to feel like an advertisement, but I just replaced an old regular pool patch that finally fell off with a piece of "as seen on tv" flex tape and it seemed to do the job, though it has only been there a few days now.

as for the ladder see if you can locate the rough spot and maybe sand it down? or if on the bottom they do make ladder mats you can place under your steps/ladder, but be sure to clean there regularly as that is a great place for fine dirt and algea to hide.
