I just had pavers installed around the pool. The fallen leaves have left a stain on them. I washed it down with a hose but the stain remains. Any ideas

If they are tannin stains try a 50/50 bleach and water solution on a small section for several minutes.
Maybe try hydrogen peroxide.
The pavers are new, so you are more sensitive to stains, but you will have to eventually relax and not chase every little stain in an effort to keep them perfect.

Spray with bleach and water. Wait about 5 minutes...scrub lightly then rinse. Reapply for stubborn stains
