First, this pool is located near Houston, TX. Hope that helps with the recommendations!
Attached are pictures of my landscaping around the pool and it's out of hand! I'd like to either redo or managed this better. Not sure about the names of most of these plants, but know they drop Crud in my pool!!!!! Especially the very light green, Texas Sage!
The other ground covering plants are all good except they grow into the pool and stop the flow of anything that's in there's path to the skimmer. Thinking of putting a 6" to 1' barrier behind the rocks so that plants can't get to the pool and give me a easy weed eating job when they try!
I'd like some color during the spring, summer, fall months (in other words...the 10 months of summer - see pic)
