LaMotte Color 2x Pro 7

Has anyone performed a successful SLAM using this meter? I've used this device daily for 3 years now and my test result numbers always match my pool store testing (within ~0.2). Also I use the LaMotte's reagent tablets.

I have the older ColorQ and it works pretty well for FC reading under 10ppm... The pH test works well also.. But, every other test is very suspect!!!

That said... no one on earth has performed a SLAM with an FC of less than 10...

The more you dilute the sample, the less accurate it is..

Edit... I use my ColorQ all the time for a quick FC and pH tests.. I was thinking of buying a new one, but like the liquid drops the old tester uses.. I do not like the idea of tablets at all.. My older kit uses the tablets for the CYA test, and each batch of tablets gives very different readings..
