You should see bubbles (like when your air control valves are open) from your heat return. That is a bulb type ozonator, so likely burned out after a couple of years. They can be a source of nuisance trips if the check valve has failed and the mazzei or return line is partially blocked from scale or such. If it isn't working anyway, disconnect it. If you repair/replace it, get a new ozone check valve too.

That's the check valve. I can't say on the ozone off the top of my head. There are many models from Del, and many more brands, and I see them all. If it's listed as the replacement for your unit, I am sure that it is.
Welp.... The wife just called. GFCI is tripped again. I did reconnect the Ozonator, thinking I only had a problem with the GFCI breaker, and it's been running great since replacement. Until this morning. Sigh....
