Kool Deck repair?

Hello all,

It's been a while (my pool has been humming for years). At this point, I'm seeing some peeling and even a bit of cracking and a chunk removed in the kool decking. Here are some photos to show you what I'm seeing. Overall it's in good shape, but there are 10-12 spots by the pool need help.

Is one of these good enough to try to apply, and is it DIY for someone who is not especially adept at this side of things? (The first image is a better representation of the color, which I honestly don't think I could pin down precisely.)

Thank you!

Matt

I've never used those products in your link. But I do know that if you attempt a repair that you should use a hammer and cold chisel to remove all the loose material and to widen small cracks. This will give the patch material a good stable and fresh, clean surface to bond to.

Hopefully, someone with more experience in this will chip in more information.
