If you have a programmable system would it be a good idea to add programs to run all systems for a few minutes a day to circulate the water in those systems? i.e. spa, slide, aerator etc? As it goes now, those systems only turn on when I use them, so the water in the slide plumbing, aerator plumbing and spa return all remain stagnant and have the potential to grow algae. Any downsides?

I would purge those lines at least once or twice a week for about 15 minutes or so. Good to get some chlorinated liquid in there and keep things from getting stale.
