It is an automatic pool vac with an integrated mesh bag to catch large leaves, and it is claimed to be for smaller pools, but it does need a minimum of 0.13 horsepower (roughly one raccoon power, I'd calculate). It is brand new, mint in box, unused.
I don't need it. We rarely get any leaves or debris of any sort in the pool, and I folded a lip on my solar cover to keep any accumulated crud on the cover when it is rolled up, so I hose off the solar cover far more often than vacuum.
