Hi there, we just moved in and opened the pool. 20k gallon pool, after the shock was done by someone else I started to test the water. Attached are the results. Apart from what the pool math app says to add any other advice would be great. Also is this safe to swim in? What ones are most important for swimming conditions?
Thanks. Any other general advice would be great also. IMG_7782.jpeg

Keep in mind that the pH test is not valid when FC level is over 10 ppm.

Do you have the ability to drain off some water and refill? Your CYA is a high which means your target FC level is between 10-12 ppm. If you can drain off about 1/3 of the pool volume, your pool will be easier to manage. In the meantime, do your best to test and adjust pH when FC is below 10 ppm.

Yes I do, I will drain 1/3 and refill and retest. Thank you!
