Hi Guys,

I just recently started caring for our Mobile Home Park pool. There are over 100 spaces all but a couple occupied, so the pool gets a lot of use. While doing research on some problems I am having from, the lack of my knowledge, and the guy I am relieving, I stumbled on this site. Read a few things and joined the community. I don't like going into a professional establishment and knowing more than the people I am asking questions to, and that's what I found when dealing with the pool supply store guys. I'm by NO means an expert of any kind on pool, and have only maintained my personal pool in the past. This, I have found out, is a lot different than that. I came here to gain knowledge, and through that help others in this online community. Thanks for letting me join.

I have already ordered the recommended test kit, and got some advice that feels sound to me, and makes sense. Unlike the advice I have received from the supply store.

Thanks,
LordBob

Bob,

Welcome to TFP... a great place to find the answers to all of your "Good Lord, what have I got myself into?" pool questions... :shark:

Please keep in mind that our advice is centered around residential pools and not public pools.

Thanks for posting your Intro...

Please keep in mind that our advice is centered around residential pools and not public pools.

Even though the advice is meant for residential pool use, it's more the "Good Lord, what have I gotten myself into" questions that concern me at this point, and from what I have read so far I think I can make the advice and information work, I figure my frequency of testing and up keep will be more than a residential pool, but the numbers I'm looking for are here.

Thanks for the Welcome,
